What to include

Help us reproduce the issue without sharing private care content.

  • Device model and iOS version
  • Whether you use Watch or widget
  • Which flow you were using (pairing, sending care, rest mode)
  • Steps taken and any error message shown

TestFlight access

Felt is currently distributed through TestFlight. Email us to request an invite. Two-device CloudKit pairing requires both people to be signed into iCloud.

CloudKit & pairing

Bonds and care delivery use Apple iCloud and CloudKit. Both people need to be signed into iCloud, and invite acceptance uses Apple's share flow. If pairing fails, confirm iCloud is enabled on both devices and try again.
